Oriental Medicine has long been used to help manage the symptoms of many diseases for 1000's of years. In essence TCM views disease as the result of blockages in the body's energy flow (Qi). These imbalances manifest as physical, emotional and stress-related disease or disorder. The use of herbal medicinals corrects these imbalances while taking into account the entirety of a patients health and wellbeing. It has not been until the 1970's that the many benefits of Oriental Medicine have been shared with the Western world and Synergy Herbal Studies goal is to offer affordable and effective education for practitioners of Western Herbalism & Medicine to integrate both in clinical practice and offer patients superior outcomes.

Who is Synergy Herbal Studies for?

Synergy Herbal Studies is for anyone who is interested in incorporating Chinese Herbology into their Western Clinical Herbalism Practice or Medical Practice. We focus on integrating Eastern Herbology with Western Herbal and Medical Science, this would include Naturopathic Doctors, Chiropractors, Western Herbalists, Medical Doctors, and Nurses. 

What is conferred after each course?

Completion of any Synergy Herbal Studies course will lead to a certificate of completion and vital clinical knowledge that will offer patients superior outcomes. 

Will these courses lead to certification or licensure?

These courses are intended for individuals who already have a license to practice medicine, are Registered Herbalists with The American Herbalist Guild, or practice herbalism as part of their religious or traditional customs. 

Are these courses NCCAOM endorsed or used to prepare for NCCAOM exams?

NO! These courses are not endorsed by the NCCAOM and should not be used to prepare for any of their examinations. They are solely used for licensed or certified professionals who are interested in integrating TCM into their practice.
